Buried in the Slush Pile has done a couple of posts on fantasy recently--one about the difficulties of using first-person narration in it (which I don't always buy--more on that tomorrow), and I thought I'd link to them. Unfortunately I can't seem to link to specific posts on that blog, but they're #2 and #3 respectively as of this post, though sadly that will change.
